22 May 2010 The Weekend Post – AAP, Sydney
STRUGGLING first home buyers could be back in the market within six months, analysts say.
BIS Shrapnel economist Jason Anderson says 25 to 35-year-olds are now moving on a "solid growth path" to property ownership after a slow period earlier this year.
"We think that we're moving to a higher level of first home-buyer demand in trend terms," Mr Anderson told a residential property conference in Sydney this week.

1.Tell us a bit about your work role. I am a licensed real estate agent and operate from the Cairns Property Office at Redlynch Central Shopping Centre. I work in a Residential Sales capacity, and consider myself also as a marketing consultant. Although I sell property in all suburbs of Cairns, my main areas are Redlynch, Brinsmead, Freshwater, Stratford, Kamerunga, Caravonica & Smithfield. I have the opportunity to appraise many properties in these locations and familiarise myself with the community. My goal is always to be in a position to help families move onto another journey of their lives, by way of sales and purchasers in real estate.
